    Thank you for explaining, I understand where you guys are standing and have to deal with.
    I had a Gold VIP for Antwerp last friday (november the 20th) and received just 2 mails from GroundCTRL, 1 stating my order, the order stating where and how late I should be.
    The time said 19.00 hours, I arrived way before that to find out to my complete horror that the VIP had taken place that afternoon around 15.00 hours!!!!

    Luckely I found Justin and he told me to call and email GroundCTRL so I would either get a full refund or a Gold VIP and concert ticket for another venue.
    I have called and emailed this weekend, but I guess there closed.
    I hope they will respond as soon as possible since there aren't alot of venues left which donot require a plane ticket and there this week!

    I heard from a FC member that the times were mentioned somewhere at the tourpage, I haven't been an FC member till a month ago, nobody told me it was on those pages and it's barely mentioned!
    I wish GroundCTRL either emailed us all with the times or made a bigger mention of this on the side, or at least let us know which page to keep an eye on.

    I understand where all of the fans are coming from, but you guys need to understand that there are soooo many of us who want a piece of the Boys! I am really grateful for opportunity to meet them, have a picture taken with them and see them do a sound check before the show! It was worth every penny and I would and will do it again!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey, I want to thank u cuz with this explanation I feel you DO listen us... Anyway, let me clear sth. I undertand there are some factors you are not able to control(as traffic, weather, etc), but we, the fans, are paying for the VIPS, and you are providing a service, so it must be fulfilled; and when something fails, or the fans are telling you so, you should check that in order to improve... Now, what was not included from the begining it´s silly that people claims for it.

    I was very sad when in my SC everything was done in rush!!! because I had been waiting outside like more than an hour until the doors were open.. and if I had been the one to arrive late you wouldnt have let me in...

    I think all the fans belive the VIPS have been one of the most amazing creation!!! and we are very happy about them... but you are charging for them so you should try to fulfill what its promised.

    Please don´t delete my comment, as you have done with previous opinions I have posted, cuz I´m just expressing myself.

    Thank u very much for giving us the means to do it!

    right.. even though in Milan we didnt have the VIP =( ... but its ok.. there will be another tour right??? =D hopint to the next!! (no money (and no time) for others date... =( )

    i just wanna know when tickets for US tour dates will go on sale!! oh and LOL "However, everyone chose to leave Nick behind and get front row." LOL thats messed up!

    wow I think this is the first time that Ctrl make a true explanation about all the issues that concern the VIP packages and I have to say you are doing great this time. People have to understand that there is certain situations which are out of their hands. However, now that Ctrl know about all those problems, they would be more careful with people who attend the VIP experiences. It's good that Ctrl read all our complains because it's the only way that they can improve in the future.
