Hey, I want to thank u cuz with this explanation I feel you DO listen us... Anyway, let me clear sth. I undertand there are some factors you are not able to control(as traffic, weather, etc), but we, the fans, are paying for the VIPS, and you are providing a service, so it must be fulfilled; and when something fails, or the fans are telling you so, you should check that in order to improve... Now, what was not included from the begining it´s silly that people claims for it.
I was very sad when in my SC everything was done in rush!!! because I had been waiting outside like more than an hour until the doors were open.. and if I had been the one to arrive late you wouldnt have let me in...
I think all the fans belive the VIPS have been one of the most amazing creation!!! and we are very happy about them... but you are charging for them so you should try to fulfill what its promised.

right.. even though in Milan we didnt have the VIP =( ... but its ok.. there will be another tour right??? =D hopint to the next!! (no money (and no time) for others date... =( )

wow I think this is the first time that Ctrl make a true explanation about all the issues that concern the VIP packages and I have to say you are doing great this time. People have to understand that there is certain situations which are out of their hands. However, now that Ctrl know about all those problems, they would be more careful with people who attend the VIP experiences. It's good that Ctrl read all our complains because it's the only way that they can improve in the future.
Ground Control has issued a statement about the Platinum VIP packages and that was the right thing to to on their part. Traffic, Weather, and other factors that are beyond their control are something we fans need to understand happens. Im still getting a Platinum VIP package when they do the US leg of the tour and just be happy with that.
is it possible to delete a message here? I just saw someone already mentioned the pregnant girl so my post is basically old news.
There were several people at the soundcheck in Rotterdam that would've liked a backstage tour by Nick. BUT they were overscreamed by some people who prefered front row, and it wasn't a personal choice. It was NOT asked to everyone personally. Someone i know was 8 months pregnant and had no benefit at all in being front row, cause she simply couldn't do it because of obvious health reasons. However, she did not get a backstage tour, because appearently the majority (or at least the loudest part of the group) prefered to be front row.
