If ppl don't want to risk their money they shouldn't buy VIP. OR buy a cheaper one.

Umm... if the backstage tour and getting front row are "extra surprises" then why do we have to pay so much more for a Platinum VIP?! What the heck is the difference between Gold and Platinum then if we don't always get that?

Not good enough. Sorry. If every single person voted to have front row, well that's just plain dumb. But if even one person wanted to do the backstage tour, would they have been able to? If you cannot deliver on the backstage tour, no matter if there's a group member doing it or not, a refund must be made in the difference between Gold and Platinum. I realize there are mitigating circumstances, re scheduling, etc. But deliver on what is promised for that much money or this is what happens. This doesn't look good for the group at all. My opinion of course. Carry on.
