Not good enough. Sorry. If every single person voted to have front row, well that's just plain dumb. But if even one person wanted to do the backstage tour, would they have been able to? If you cannot deliver on the backstage tour, no matter if there's a group member doing it or not, a refund must be made in the difference between Gold and Platinum. I realize there are mitigating circumstances, re scheduling, etc. But deliver on what is promised for that much money or this is what happens. This doesn't look good for the group at all. My opinion of course. Carry on.
Guess you guys have been readig LD again. LOL! I thank you for the information. It saddens me that they would pick front row over Nick, and also saddens me that we wont always get a bsb for the tour. The extra $200.00 is a lot of money for some of us to spend, But thank you for helping me make my decision on my VIP experience.
