What does Lacy do when she's not fangirling over BSB? I'm a wife and Mommy to the two coolest people on the planet. I married Stephen in September 2008. We have a 4-year-old daughter, Peyton, who is beautiful, smart and spoiled to the core. I work full time as an Administrative Assistant for a Multi-Family Housing Developer where I process payroll and assist in our accounting and estimating/purchasing departments. When I get some "me" time I enjoy a fun 5k (Color Run, Dirty Girl Mud Run, etc.), live music (sucker for ‘90s covers), discovering new restaurants, traveling, spending time with girlfriends, attempting new recipes, and a book worm who has been known to binge on Netflix a time or two. I'm a ‘90s kid.

THE BACKSTREET BASICS

When did you become a Backstreet Boys fan? 1996/1997

What is your first Backstreet Boys memory? Hearing "Quit Playing Games with My Heart" on the school bus radio. That's when I was hooked.

Do you have a favorite BSB? It's always been Nick for me. He was honestly my first real celebrity crush and still is to this day! The thing about Nick is no matter what he's faced he has been able to get through it and become an even better person as a result. I will always admire that about him. There is also that incredible voice!

When was the first time you saw the Backstreet Boys in concert? July 12, 1998 on the Backstreet's Back tour in Atlanta

Have you ever met them? The first time I met BSB was in Atlanta at Jingle Jam in 2013. My friend's Kim Thorpe and Marysabel Huston attended the Meet & Greet with me. Thank God they were veterans (having met the guys before) and were there to calm my nerves enough to enjoy the experience! I wasn't sure what to expect having waited so long to finally meet them and I was afraid my idea of them wouldn't meet the reality of who they were. They exceeded expectations! Each of the boys hugged me and thanked me for being there. When they asked how I wanted to pose the guys in the photo, I jokingly said that I wanted a kiss on each cheek. The next thing I knew I was in the middle of a Kevin and Nick sandwich! Side note: Kevin gives the BEST hugs, Brian will make you feel like he's always known you, AJ is a comedian, and Howie really is Sweet D! I met Brian individually at a Wylee Party in Alpharetta, Ga. My daughter was with me and she is now a fan of his Donald Duck impersonation. Always will have a soft spot for him because he married a Georgia girl! I won Meet and Greet passes to see Nick during the Nick and Knight tour through his Fan Club! The Q&A was so much fun and no question felt off limits. He took selfies and signed autographs. Our M&G photo looks crazy because he hugged me and I wasn't expecting it!

What are your top five favorite Backstreet Boys song? "All I Have to Give," "Breathe," "Shape of My Heart," "Large Than Life" and "Drowning"

What is your favorite Backstreet Boys album? Black and Blue

What's your favorite Backstreet Boys video and why? Everybody (Backstreet's Back) is iconic!

How have the boys (or one individual boy) influenced or changed your life? My childhood best friend, Christina, became a fan at the same time I did. We lived and breathed everything Backstreet! I was a Nick girl and she was a Kevin girl. We bought every magazine our allowances or summer jobs would afford, listened to their music for hours, planned our weddings (ha!), and of course attended the concerts together. Christina passed away in 2004. My love for BSB will always continue because I get to hold on to the memories of her through their music. Christina wasn't able to be there when I finally met BSB at Jingle Jam but I can't help but believe she had something to do with the fact that I ended up in a Nick and Kevin sandwich during my first meet and greet!

What is the best thing about being a Backstreet Boys fan? The best thing about being a Backstreet Boys fan is the friendships I've made through the years! The concerts and other events are our escape from stresses of everyday life. It's also nice to be a part of a fandom where the Backstreet Boys are genuine and giving to their fans. They appreciate us as much as we appreciate them. There is a reason they are still standing after 20+ years, we have something pretty damn special.
