When can we purchase tickets for the cities on January 30th? Will they sell them at the box office the day of the show?

In this video AJ says you can host a screening with the date, time, and theater of your choice. I've gone to the tugg website it says to go to and can't find any info about this anywhere. It only has info about the sneak peek. Anyone know how to do this?? There are currently no showing in my state.
