Pit Tickets - European Tour
If you already purchased a presale ticket for a show before pit tickets went on sale and want to buy a pit ticket, you can.
As long as your new order meets the criteria below, we will issue a refund for your original order BUT you need to contact us by December 13th with both order numbers. Any requests after December 13th cannot be honored. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days.
Both orders have to have the same billing name, both orders need to be for the same event date, and both orders need to have the same number of concert tickets. We will only refund one pre-sale ticket for one pit-ticket and your pre-sale ticket has to have been purchased before pit tickets went on sale.
