    I bought presale tickets, does anyone know how long it takes for them to be mailed out? or how can i track my tickets?

    I would like to know why some concerts (eg: Vancouver) there were absolutely NO FLOOR tickets during the pre-sale. Very disappointing. I'm going to try to get floor tickets when the general public tickets go on sale.

    @Joyce.. Sorry that was for San Jose. Not sure what show ur going to. But the AMEX option wont show up on TM until the presale date. The date will be listed next to the shows above.

    @goofy You should always check the site, it's always more up to date then the emails cause it's quicker to update.

    They changed a few of them about a week or more ago.
