The Backstreet Boys are a symbol of a more youthful time. Now I was never a fan but as I got older I would hear a song that would instantly remind me of a precise moment of my younger years. Suddenly their songs (many of which I found annoying at the time) have now become a sense of comfort for me as well as a reminder of fond memories spent with friends whom are no longer with us. Lorne Michaels has the ability to revive careers and everyone loves a comeback. I guarantee ratings would jump through the roof while still hitting your target audience. If somebody who was never a fan is showing support then imagine how many others out there feel the same. I don't know them, I'm a married man, I don't own any of their albums but I do believe they deserve the honor of celebrating this milestone on such a nationally hit tv show. -Shane from Chicago (formally of Toronto).
