I understand being upset I really do. For the Unbreakable tour I got horrible seats for my first concert through fan club and I paid $400 a ticket to an online site to get good seats for the Hamilton show but the point is there are only so many tickets! Ground Control cannot buy them and reserve the all for us. So I get being upset cause i've been there but to go on and on about how bad this fan club is thats not necessary. I know we had computer problems and that sucked... I was at my computer all day too. But those things happen. The $40 you spend on a membership gives you a lot more than presale tickets. You get to be the first to get info about BSB and be apart of a community of fans who love them as much as you do. I will definitely be renewing my membership.
I agree Kim, same thing with me and Toronto! It's not right what happened. My friend has good seats through Front of the Row, we and get screwed out of tickets. Not fair! I'm still very upset about that whole situation. I am not going to be a fan club member next year, for what?

Haha, love it ladies! The system screwed me over and I have no tickets AT ALL for Montreal when I had 4th row in my shopping cart... REFUNNNNNNNND I say! or a free vip. or a show in ottawa. Amen.
some of us will not be able to travel where ever they go so it would be nice that they add more shows for the Montreal and Toronto cuz those were the ones that sold out quickly and which the issues with the site problems happened
They will bring in more show's in Sept, Oct or Nov, they always do so people just need to chill.......

all that we're saying is that it's disrespectful and that it's really miles away from what we're use to. BSB always respect us a lot and they know perfectly well that without us they would'nt have the carreer they got... they always respect us for that....
@ Amanda my pre sale wast that fantastic as I was in the Toronto pre sale group luckily I beat the server and I got my tickets.
