Welcome to the reality of capitalism people. Unfortunantly, no they do not care about you individually they care about profits as a whole as ground control has a business to run they are therefor one reason and one reason only. TO MAKE MONEY. This fan club is here for one reason and one reason only TO MAKE MONEY. That is how capitalism works. They will apologize to keep your business but the reality of it is, they don't need you individually to make a profit off of the Backstreet Boys. I am not trying to be mean just realistic. Complaining on here won't get you what you want. Call them over and over and over and over and over until you get what you want. If you call them enough times they will probably refund your membership. But you have to be persistent in the right places.
ps: wonder how long this will stay up for.

No, I like it right here thanks. And we all feel a little ripped off here. I've had shitty seats before, I can handle that. It's the fact that we pay $$$ and get crappy service for it. I could have waited in line on a sidewalk and felt better about my seats as long as I was treated properly. You can roll over and take it if you want, but alot of us won't. I'm speaking for alot of long time, dedicated fans, not only myself. So thanks for your concern, but I bet your pre-sale went fantastic and you're sitting pretty front row ;oP
