i agree with all your comments, i never got a email notification either, and wants peed me off more was that the presale link was displayed on the home page where anyone could get it, my sister isnt a member here and she said she could get the link, totally shambles, i know its not the guys fault, like the person below said i never knew anything about the concert till tuesday when i logged on, ive got ok seats, but i bet people that aren't even in the fanclub have got good seats due to the mess up of the link, really has peed me off.

I totally agree. I did the same. After being a fan for so long and had good notice before for tickets this is a huge let down. No good seats left without paying #150!! Scandal Boys. Sorry, it is!

I'm really disappointed, joined the fanclub thinking we get great priority tickets but that is obviously not the case. I wish they would have sent out a notification email before the tickets went on sale. I am a huge fan of the boys but feel let down :(
What was the deal with the american express thing, I have an amex card and none of the numbers on the back of my card worked!
Pre sales never seem to go well, i missed out last year and the fanclub tickets were rubbish. Not very good organisation.

I am totally confused... At the moment its possible to buy VIP from Ticketmaster, not the 02 itself- meet & greet, pre-party. And how is this possible, if the VIP is not available to get from the fan club yet? Amid all this, why are American Express cardholders given priority to buy tickets while fanclub members aren't? That's the whole point of joining the fan club for me. The price is what it is, but what bothers me is the total lack of regard & preferential treatment for fans. I did not have a clue the boys were even touring a week ago. Tuesday I was kicking myself thinking why didn't I come on here sooner. There was no mention of UK dates coming up, then lo and behold the next day, pre-sale starts!! I get crap seats & ticketmaster seems to have more info when pre-sales start/end. Also, we should have more than a day to buy tickets ie a week for fanclub members to get best seats. Not sell them to the venues etc & cash up! I am having a HUGE moan obviously but I wish I wasn't disappointed in all this. Still love the Boys, but this is a shambles & a half. By the way, notification email??? Tell me its not true- I never get emails from this site. Sorry for the moaning...
