FYI: on March 15th when I book a cabin for the cruise, I was suppose to receive an email confirmation. However, I never received one. I've called twice and the lady told me both times that my reservation went through and she would resend the confirmation information. Still I did not receive anything. Well today I emailed Rose Tours to check the status and we discovered that the email she sent it to was completely wrong! It must have been sent to another person who booked for the tour.

Anyhow, this is a heads up to all of you who never received a confirmation for the tour. I am not sure if it was a system error but it's important to secure your private information. Call Rose Tours and ask what email it was sent to because apparently mine was sent to someone else =(. I just hope the person who received it doesn't have vital information about the credit card or other important documents that I provided=(. This can't be good....

if you already booked and at least one person in your cabin is a member of the fanclub, there is no need to rebook tomorrow.
The only reason you would have to rebook is if you booked and no one in your cabin is a member of the fanclub to ensure that those who did the presail were fanclub members only.
