    My information didn't come from an email or my lack of reading it, actually I spoke to someone on the phone about an address problem with one of the credit cards we used to book. She brought up cruise documents being mailed and I asked regarding my friend. She told me all of the documents were being mailed to me and that my friend wouldn't have to worry about waiting for them to get to Denmark. It was just a miscommunication. No harm no foul. We got it straitened out and now on to the next issue.

    @Lucy ooh sorry to be just a normal girl that stopped reading when saw confirmation number blah blah blah n when i saw my cred card was charged.... yeah it included some ironic tone... come on... people cant simply ask stuffs? plus theres other people that doesnt understand english too much n they just wanna b sure bout if they did it correctly or not....
    i've never waited for ANYTHING given to me in silver plait, im the kind of person that work her butt off to find out EVERYTHING when i wanna know bout something so dont put me in the same bag as all those that r asking the same things without read any of the 379 pages that this post has.

    anyways... once again sorry if im breathing n im bothering u.... yeah the ironic tone is still there.... but if i have any question bout something im gonna continue asking it... im sorry...

    @mary_alen

    My answer is YES, a thousand times YES. You can't just buy something like a cruise cabin and wait for all the answers to be given to you in a silver plate. What's the point of a confirmation email then? Do you buy a car without reading the contract? Do you use and electric equipment without reading the manual?

    No matter how much excited one might be, you can't NOT read an email with information regarding your purchase. EVER.

    @Lucy do u really think that after the stress booking the cruise the 1st day n all those probs that the site was giving us, we were gonna read ALL the confirmation email? i was just checking it a bit n when i read the confirmation number i could breathe again knowing that the cruise was finally booked, i bet the rest of the people prolly did the same...

    next is just remember to mail rosetours if everybody has any question bout the cruise (as i did after ask here :p ) but anyways, all probs can b solved so girls dont forget if u have any doubt, mail rosetours :p

    Half of the questions posted here would be answered if people took time to read the website and their emails...

    Pretty much ALL cruise lines now have switched to electronic documents. You can request for paper ones...but its not done very much.

    @Mary_Alien: Thanks for clearing that up. I just checked my confirmation email and it does indeed say emailed.
    "Cruise Documents will be e-mailed to the address on your reservation form from Rose Tours & Travel, approximately 2 weeks prior to departure."
    Things have progressed since the last time I cruised. That makes things so much more convenient.
