Kristy- Well ground(ctrl) will actually verify you as a fan club member once the list is submitted to us. As for the "Reservations" link at the top working now, yes, I just checked and it is finally working. And it directs you to the same link that people have been posting- http://www.rezpro.us//presale_login.php

Yeah I know, but now it's not doing that and those links don't book you, they book 1 person, not your other passengers bc that's what I did. I was getting the same message, but if I hadn't called, it wouldn't have verified me as a fanclub member, AND I would have been standing there with 3 people who weren't even booked on it. They weren't even going to be able to fix it for me at first bc the cabins were sold out.

Kristy- The problem most people are having with www.backstreetboyscruise.com is that the "Reservations" link at the top of the page just says that the system is busy. So people are bypassing that message and using the other links to book. If you have any insight as to how you were able to get around that message, please, let us know...
