I really hope they do a masquerade party :) I think it would be soooooo much fun. And the shirt idea is great too, that way we know who is from the fan club.

I agree with you guys. I think the more we freak out, the more they will be protective of their safety and hide from us. With that said, I will try my darn hardest to contain myself lol.

As for the theme parties, I think that's a great idea! A white party is kind of boring in my opinion. Black and blue is a bit better, but a pajama party sounds pretty fun! Or a costume party. Masquerade even?

I'm not a fan of the theme nights too much but I like the idea of the black and blue theme night. A

As far as the white night event, all cruises have that. Been in three cruises with 2 different companies and that is something that they always do but no one is going to say anything if you don't wear white.

I am still trying to convince my bf to go. Told him the cruise is not only filled with BSB fans but no budginig. I am glad that other guys are going but he said that he is not willing to spend the money for that even when I offered to pay :(

As far as fans I hope they don't be too agressive. I heard that at the New Kids some girls kept flashing the boys and always trying to be on their face, but there were others that when you least expect it they are just walking by.

I can't wait. I know is going to be a lot of fun.

That is something you would definitely want to ask Rose Tours about. That is precisely why I asked when I had them on the phone straitening out a reservation issue. One of my friends is from Denmark so I wanted to make sure we got her documents in time. She said all documents were sent to the head person on the reservation. I'm sure they are aware that several passengers are from outside of the US and this might be an issue.
In the past all of my cruise documents have been in for form of small booklets with a few pages you have to fill out and sign in order to board. This will include things such as your credit card information so you can get a "Sail and sign" card, which you will use for on board purchases and as your room key. Also things for you to sign saying you understand the rules of the ship etc. All my past cruises were with the DLF so that is the only experience I have.
Also a great place for information on cruising is Cruisecritic.com. They have a great message board. This won't be anything specific for our cruise but I get all kids of tips on cruising such as packing, things to do on the ship, etc.

Cruise itineraries come out about 2 weeks prior to the set sail date. In the past, I have received a packet with cruise documents, luggage tags, instructions, and the itinerary just over 2 weeks before. I spoke with someone on the phone from Rose tours about our documents since one of my cruise roomates is from Denmark and will need her documents sent to me. The rose tours representative stated that as the head person on the reservation all documents will be sent to me for each person in our room. Hope that helps.
