Agree, it is a lot of money....but a regular cruise costs that much and you don't get the guys with it ;-)
The guys also do soundchecks that they GIVE away when they tour so I feel they do care about their fans. Many times they have gone out of their way to do nice things for their fans even during shows and interact with us all. Not many bands do this...or even make an effort anymore to connect with fans. Look at Bon Jovi ticket prices and such........
I just got an email from Rose Tours answering my questions:
The itinerary of when the BSB events will take place will be emailed with your cruise docs 2 weeks before so we have a while to wait.
They will be offering hotel discounts but no flight discounts and will post a link on their website soon.
Seating for the events is assigned based on when you purchased your tickets for the cruise so I guess similar to the way pre-sale works for concerts through the fan club. You will get your seat numbers with all your paperwork 2 weeks before the cruise.

im glad i got to book it too...i was freaking out all day...so i booked 3 ppl in 4E it was the first thing i saw n picked, whats the difference on the floor plan? is 4E like way below deck or something?! just wondering...

KARY- The guys wanted to offer a cruise to their fans and unfortunately Cruise events cost a lot of money to put on. Your frustration is understandable, but the other option is just not offering it or anything like it at all. Clearly a lot of fans were able to figure out a way to secure their rooms (the initial deposit isn't that bad) so it's not just for the "rich"...
I don't get how rooms keep coming available. When I tried to book today we wanted a suite but they were gone, so we were lucky enough to get an 8E. But now it says there are 4 Ocean suites left :(
