sorry if I keep asking but, for the hollywood concert its general admission, what does that mean exactly. because on the tickets it had a section/seat for the concert. does anyone know?

I still haven't gotten my tickets yet either....when I got the email they said available for pick up at the box office....so can I pick them up at the box offfice, or will they still ship them (London and Hamilton concert)??? Does anyone know, or has anyone received tickets in the mail for either of these shows?
SOUNDCHECK-VIP.... how long does that usually last?!?!
