If the venue website doesnt say otherwise, you shouldnt have a problem bringing one to soundcheck or the concert... i used mine at both. Yes, the box office is generally where you get the tickets. Assigned seats for the concert or for soundcheck?? Sound check you will get in a line, and for mine it was the first two rows.... you will be very very close :0) You print the photo off the website - in the media section... HAVE FUN :0) - hope this helps
