    If all customer service representatives are on the other line, it will take you to the voicemail system. Either leave a voicemail, call again later, or email [email protected] with your issue and you should have a response within 48 hours. Email issues that require information that we do not yet have available will not be answered until we have the information you need. Tour time can get quite hectic for the support staff and the phones especially right now when more than one of our artists are on tour at the same time. I hope this helps :)

    They are probably just really busy,they run more than one fanclub and I am sure if you keep trying you will get them to answer.Good Luck,I hope you get through.

    Can anyone tell me why Ground Ctrl never answerws their phone!!!! No matter what time you call its always the machine!!!
