yeah it was a little frustrating... right when the lady came on i was like "hi, i dont know if u can help me.. but, ill give it a shot... i bought tickets about a week and a half ago through the fanclub for the bsb concert in november... they havent emailed our seats out.. would u be able to tell me my seats...?" and then right away she was like "ohhh, you got them through the fanclub? ... i dont think we have anything with regards to that.. but, ill check... whats the name under?" and I told her.. and then she was like "no.. we dont have any fanclub ticketing information or seat locations in our system... sorry!" :(
You guys that have been to VIP what did u bring to get signed?? I can't decide, I want something that won't get beat around too much during the soundcheck/concert. Thanks :0)

i just called Copps.. and the lady tried looking up my sisters name... but, they dont have any fanclub ticket information listed.... booo lol
Who knows we might get lucky like the people who called the box office about seating in Wilkes Barre, PA.
Um.. try asking them if they are able to give us our seating since the fan club is taking forever. Try and get some kind of info lol.
