for the W-B show I just got an email even though I knew by calling yesterday...
S3 is to the right of the stage and is the 1st section...its a small area and plus its only have of the area that they are using
row g is 7th row that is where I am at
hahah yeah definitely:) i went to the detroit and sudbury soundchecks as well.. but, i was in a group photo with the other soundcheck winners.. so id rather use my toronto one where its just me and the guys:)

Lovehowie- hahah i love your name;) i love him too! to the toronto soundcheck i just brought the unbreakable cd booklet.. but, to the hamilton show im gonna print out the photo of me and them at the toronto show and get them to sign it:)
yeah it was a little frustrating... right when the lady came on i was like "hi, i dont know if u can help me.. but, ill give it a shot... i bought tickets about a week and a half ago through the fanclub for the bsb concert in november... they havent emailed our seats out.. would u be able to tell me my seats...?" and then right away she was like "ohhh, you got them through the fanclub? ... i dont think we have anything with regards to that.. but, ill check... whats the name under?" and I told her.. and then she was like "no.. we dont have any fanclub ticketing information or seat locations in our system... sorry!" :(
