It does seem unfair that Quebec is excluded but it has to do with contest laws that differ in Quebec. The province has certain laws that the rest of Canada does not.

hmmmmmmm I think if you live in the states you need a passport for Canada now??? and I think it takes long to get one....won't have it in time if I win...bummer!!
Soooo... I think I should win this contest seeing as I'm willing to give up the flight, hotel, & concert tickets ... lol .. I live in Toronto & alreday have tickets to the show so ... I just need the meet & greet and soundcheck passes! ...=)
I am so excited!! I am still quite bummed that they aren't coming to Florida but at least now one person has a shot to see them that hopefully wouldn't of been able to this tour. I just hope it isn't someone who met all of them before.
