sorry bout the multiple posts. n.e ways. KBeaupre: Its easy for you to say that when u can enter but it's just kinda unfair to those people in Quebec who waited for the BIG SURPRISE. It's frustrating and ridiculous. We just need to let out some steam thats all!
Quebec has always refused contest from other cities, countries even CANADA. Its a hole politics issue too I beleive. Its not just the gaming lottery law. Quebec wants to seperate from Canada (I dont) its rediculous but anyway... and thats why we are seperated from even CANADA contest... Its not just Quebec its Mexico, Australia, China... you name it
Is anyone else realising that the people who bitch at us cuz we complain are ppl who can actually join the contest ? hummmmm

Complaining wont get you guys anywhere... the rules have been made and they did everything they could.... for all you Quebec guys pretty much every contest I see Quebec isn't allowed to participate its not just BSB saying it its everywhere Just be happy they did this big of a contest for the BSB fans!
