can they bring someone younger,
or do both have to be 18 or older?

gee, thank you so much for only allowing residents of the US and Canada to participate in that contest. As if people from Europe wouldn`t like to get that chance.
I'm excited! A prize package that includes airfare is almost unheard of these days! Whoever wins is going to have an amazing time. Hope it's me. = )
No what he means is when a contest is open in say ie canada all residents must be able to participate.
Princessnikki the contest is up on Backstreet boys. com which is there for everyone to see, not just fan club members.
sorry, little confused... matt said it is the law to open this contest up to everyone ie countires,ages....does that mean everyone can enter like ppl in Europe? i know it says US and Canada but if law says it has to be opened to everyone does that mean we can enter? im not moaning, this is just a general question... ^_^

I've just tried to sign up for it but it keeps telling me the approval is still pending.. Gosh now I just hope it'll work out anyway and I'll be entered in the contest!!
