Damn regie des lotteries! I think we in Quebec lose out on some great contests because of this law.

Well, Im from Mexico so, of course I can't get in the contest but GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! :D
I'm going to say this and there are legal reasons as well people under the age of 18 can't enter. other countries if they were a loud to enter it would cost more than $3500. And for Quebec it has to do with any contest to be register with the regie has to pay 10% of the grand prize. And most companies don't want to pay that. Those are the reason and I don't see how complaining will change anything that is not in their power. And before anyone says that I enter the contest I cannot because I too live in Quebec. I'm just sick of the complaining over every little thing that has been done in the fan club. No matter what they do no one is ever happy. Flame me or do whatever I don't care. I need to go back to visiting the fan club less because it is frustrating over the lack of respect you give people that are working for the fan club. I'm going to end my rant, goodnight. The contest was a great idea, good luck to whoever enters it.

sorry bout the multiple posts. n.e ways. KBeaupre: Its easy for you to say that when u can enter but it's just kinda unfair to those people in Quebec who waited for the BIG SURPRISE. It's frustrating and ridiculous. We just need to let out some steam thats all!
