Hey Matt, I wrote something in the (ask the staff) and in the blog "tickets???" - I need an answer and think you need to contact the venu in Ottawa because they are having major issues and we are being missinformed. Fan club sais one thing the venu another - so it gets confusing.

heather...I have Row F in St Johns, seats 17 and 18!
sedwards...you have Floor, Row F, seats 12-16!!!!
You have seat on the floor, row f, seats 12-16....are you in NL? I'm in row F too.
ok i don't understand mine can someone help me out? i got my e-mail, but this is what the seats say:
F/F/12 F/F/13 F/F/14 F/F/15 F/F/16
does this mean i have double F on the floor or floor row f seat 12 whatever?
CAITLYN: very nice! we were hoping for front row (just like everyone else lol)...i think my friend was a little disappointed at a)not getting front row and b)being a little off to the side. but i know as soon as she sees how close we REALLY are she'll freak! i'm happy with it so no complaints here! maybe we'll see each other since you're sitting directly in front of us (11 rows away...lol) Congrats on the great seats!
heatherrr86: hat is so not fair, if they do this to me and I sell my good tickets im deff. not renewing my membership afte all the probl and we are left in the dark with almost everything and fc tells us one thing but we are lied too Ive had more then enough. If I sell my 4th row venu ticket and I get worst tick I will not enjoy my night at all and fc can forget about me.
