Who ever said our tickets are ready to be picked up (OTTAWA) I dont know where you got your info. I just called capital tickets and the woman said they havent heard anything about fc tickets. So im just confused if they havent heard anything and arent aware of this then how sure can I be that we will get our tickets once I arrive at the venue.

ADMIN: WILL THEY HOLD THE TICKETS AT THE VENUE UNTIL YOU PICK IT UP? I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR OTTAWA AND I LIVE IN TORONTO SO PRETTY MUCH I WONT BE ABLE TO PICK THEM UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE CONCERT, WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM??
Will we still get an e-mail so we know where we are sitting if we can't pick them up eary?
