    if you haven't received an email just call the number posted by the_violinist88....someone will tell you where your seats are and resend the email. there has been trouble with hotmail accounts in particular.

    *** if anyone needs to change their name on the tickets so they can pick them up.. Just call this number: 1-916-443-9213 its the # for groundcrtl and they will change it for you:) its easy!!

    Are you ever going to announce the seating assignments for Indianapolis??!?!? The Sudbury show is after the Indiana one, yet, we still haven't heard anything about our seats!

    The tickets are held under the name on the credit card, not the fan club name......so the person who PAID for the tickets aka the Credit Card Holder must pick them up with ID unless you call and get them to put them under someone elses name

    andrea- it might be a problem if the tickets are under that name bc you wont be able to pick them up. Just call this number: 1-916-443-9213 its the # for groundcrtl and make sure that your name is on it so that come the day of the concert.. and your picking up.. you wont have any problems:)

    If the VIP tickets were purchased from my fan club account but someone else's credit card number was used (so someone else is on the billing information), is that a problem?

    awww.. i had to call because my 3 emails went unanswered lol and when i called.. matt answered lol and he was sooo helpful!:) i called to changed the name on the tickets as well
