    amandagc-there will be a news item (either this one will be updated or a new item will be posted) with a link to buy the tickets and a password to get in.

    lili8618 - no, the Minnesota tickets didn't include the fair entry.

    it says "These tickets will include the cost of admission to the fair."...so i think yes they are :)
