Can anyone please help? I wanted to know what's the Venue Box Office?

FOR EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE INFO ON VIP OR SC:
(yeah there not so forthcomming with the info.)
but let me help you out.
we had to check in the same way the SC winner did.
so "at will call" at the time that is stated for the soundcheck of your show.
There they check if you have an ID, a tiket and it's smart to bring the e-mails that you have gotten.
were is "at will call" you ask?
differently for every stadium.
just ask somone forme the stadium ore a securaty guy. they should know ore be able to check it for you.
that's about all you need to know I gess.
Though good to know is that we were sent back out again after the SC and had to com back in later, with all the others.

Why can't I buy a VIP-ticket for Oberhausen??
It says "temporarily unavailable"???? Please tell me why, I want to buy the ticket!!

PLEASE INFORM US!!!! I Have a vip package for Berlin but i haven't receive my email with the meeting hour and the place! Pleaseeeeee!!!!!
1 vip upgrade is for one person only. But you can buy as many packages as you want. I bought 3 - for myself and for 2 friends.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to the crew and of course mostly to the boys - I had a blast doing the vip thing in Stuttgart and Leipzig! Thanks for everything! It was an experience of a lifetime for me.
