Guys, We can not as a company hold your money more then 30 days without being able to supply you with an item (the event) for your payment. I understand you are frustrated however you have to understand the boys are very busy and are going to try to reschedule if they can. If it is we (groundctrl) will reach out to everyone who purchased the VIPS first so they can buy again....that make it any better?

what was said to me when I called them is that they have to refund our money because the creditors wont let them hold onto with no date or anything set for it so they cant just hold our money just in case there has to be a firm date set for them to keep the money.
So to everyone who ripped my head off for being pissed last night now theres 99 other pissed off people i just knew what was coming
I understand Brian got sick so I'm not mad about this being rescheduled. However I am PISSED that people are getting refunds because you're basically telling us all that its indefinitely canceled. Otherwise why not say we're just not sure when it'll be so hold onto your tickets because they will be accepted at the rescheduled time. There. How simple was that?
Boys, we understand you have busy lives plus the tour is starting in a week but we'd also understand if you didn't come back to do this for a few months. I'm sorry but it just seems like the easy way out-I'm sure no one would mind waiting and holding onto their VIPs for a couple months.
I have to say I am more than disappointed. I don't see why if it MIGHT be rescheduled that we are getting refunds. This is no way to keep a fan base. I'm sorry, I'm really upset.
I'm sorry I CANNOT be understanding! I am so frustrated. Its not a concert, its a signing and picture event!WTH?! This is just another way to let us know there will be no rescheduling, why go through all the trouble of refunding? I pretty much cursed at my comp that day! I'm sorry but I needed to vent. I know all of you deep inside are as frustrated as me.

Agree,It's sad that it was handled the way it was and I don't think they will reschedule if people are emailing them and they are not giving anyone a answer about if people get first dibbs than I don't know,for me I would like to know what changed in a day,from it being a sure thing to not one at all.

then why would they refund us?? i mean when we buy tix for shows we get them ahead of time and its ok and when AJ went to rehard they didnt refund us they only postponed the show until later on, so why are they refunding us now??? i dont get it ... i mean i wish and pray they do reschedule in January .. maybe for my bday... but what are the odds of getting the tix again?? maybe im only saying this because im VERY disappointed not only because we are getting a refund but because of the way everything was handled but for now i cant seem to find a reason for the refund...
