anyone have info on VIP for New Jersey, June 12? thanks. reading about the 3:45 for vip's does mean that it starts then or??

Will keep in mind that the VIPs begin at 3:45 for when I see them in Ottawa....sorry to sound stupid but I've never done this so I just need info about this "will call" stuff......Does that mean I get a phone call from Ground Ctrl about the VIP? How does this process work? Thx for your help!
