Please could you clear up one really confusing element... Are the VIP Upgrades only for the VIP packages, or are the VIP upgrades available for regular ticket holders too?

I just purchased a membership. Where on my account will I see the pre sale code? Also, where on the website will we be able to purchase meet and greets/tickets at 10 am?
How do we access code and link to buy tix and VIP as well? There is no code anywhere on here? HELP!
