So how do we get a refund if we bought tickets from AXS/AEG?
I have spoken to them today and they are not refunding any money!
Just wanted to update you all and let you know that refunds for festival packages and after parties for this event have been processed.
soo disappointing role on Hyde park got a spare ticket if any one wud like it but wud like face value for ticket OVNO xx
Me too! Felt such a waste of time and completed wasted day! I only paid for the event to see BSB's and they didn't even show up due to a missed flight. Why don't we get a refund or free Hyde Park tickets to make up for it? Feel so let down and upset about the whole fiasco!
What a complete joke Saturday was.... And such a waste of time & money. I will not be doing anything like this again. Nick missed his flight... I was chatting to a guy backstage & he said NOBODY turned up & the lack of communication was EMBARASSING. To hear BSB being slagged off by Mcbusted fans was shameful. I cannot believe all this - I still feel sick with shock & disappointment.
Yesterday was very disappointing - as said above all the excitement of coming to see you and looking forward to seeing you perform to be told at the last minute by some random woman you would not be there without a full explanation!! We really missed you and most of us were there just to see you!! I understand Nick being ill and glad feeling better for the fans tonight - but just something from AJ, Howie, Kevin & Brian even if brief yesterday would have really made our day!! Also the tweet about tonight with no reference to yesterday a bit hard to read considering we were there waiting for you yesterdat!! Good luck on stage tonight!! Hope you will come this way again soon - just upset at not seeing you after the build up of 6 months since booking!!
I agree! Was such a boring long day and the to find out the other 4 wouldn't even do anything on stage was just so deflating. We spent so much money on this weekend just to see them :( so sad! X
Heard small sound check, little bit of incomplete about midday, then Nick went to weston hospital did he? and the other 4 had rest of day off? Couldn't find out about after party for ages because we were on a beach! Internet rubbish. Had hotel booked but went home but oh well it's just ££££! McBusted ridiculing situation (prob harmless) but we were upset. Lots of us left. Get well soon Nick but no word from the other 4? Horrible long boring day! Good luck Ipswich and still love u guys but yes yesterday was a joke!
