Any idea when the emails with the codes are being sent?

i am not mad at anyone for my calendar not coming yet I am just really excited and can't wait to get it in the mail.....so i am hoping it comes in the next 2 days, would love for it to arrive before the end of the year so i can use it.....
seems to me that the Canadian fans are the ones who arent getting them....so far all the people Ive spoken to that have them are from the US....whats up with that?
Others got it, just cause you didn't doesn't mean they broke the whole promise...and if you don't have a tracking number then I don't know what's up with that....I ordered a week later and I have it already, It might be up with your mail carrier.
I ordered mine the day they announced it and was part of the 500 people to have it here by Christmas time....still no calender, and still no tracking number.....I just want to know where it is. This was a present for me from my boyfriend and hes not too impressed that the payment has been taken out and no product.....we just want answers....so yes they have broke promises....they said first 500....when I ordered mine they said they werent anywhere near teh 500 mark so I knew I had mine in time....just where is it???
