I wouldn't say the BIGGEST fans are in any specific location. I consider myself & a lot of people on here that I have never actually met to be their BIGGEST fans & we live all over the world!
Please come to Salt Lake City!!!! I will be sooooo sad if I can't see this tour. :-(
I know they wanted to see the demand for the first show in order to determine whether there was a need for a second. However, they should have given us a better heads up. There was barely any notice with regards to the second presale for tickets and VIP. Although I thought the time of day for presale was fair (since the first presale was in the morning), we should have gotten a reasonable notice. This whole thing has been highly unorganized but I can't say I am surprised. I have expressed my dread from day since the speculation of the NKOTBSB tour.

y should toronto get two dates when montreal doesn't even have one yet!!!! not fair!!!
