did anyone have problems during the presale? aka server crashing?
I'm now worrie about the presale for the Califorina show after reading all of your guys comments. I hope to get off work in time for pre sales, I normally work 8am (cause of my sons daycare), but presale is at 9am. I'm trying to go in at 4am and get off at 9, and drive fast home to buy tickets! We will see. My brother will have to watch my son that day if i go in that early. i wish pre sale was at 8am cause then ic an go in at 9. (i'm a cake decorater in a grocey so i can't go in too late cause of orders and our cases). I'm worried I want the best seats i can get!!!! And i hope VIP won't be sold out i want gold but can't get that intell jan!
how do you buy the tickets? ticketmaster still? how do they know that you're a backstreet boy fanclub member? i'm sorry this is my first time buying presale tickets when i have a membership!
Finally got in and got 4 but they are split up 2 and 2 took alot of hitting the back button and resubmitting.
GAHHHHHHHHH I would gladly pay a little more for a membership if I knew it would go toward a functioning server for presales!!!!!

FYI - Reading the comments from the BSB & NKOTB Pre-Sale Page for NY it sounds like there are a lot of unhappy customers! It sounds like they're only releasing seats that are at the end of the floor and then in the 100-200 sections, and there were also some major problems with the checkout part of the transaction (ppl lost seats, were charged double, etc)
Does the first ten rows mean by the small round stage or by the front?!
I wonder when they will psot more dates. I'm hoping they come to Atlanta!!
