U either use a different credit card or use pay pal.
VIP usually happens a couple hours before the doors open for the actual show.
As for credit card use, I'm wondering that too. How does it work if you hafta buy more than one at a time?

I didn't do a backstage tour but this "and more" means probably you can take some group pics and you get a sign from one of the boys who makes the backstagetour on the VIP Pass (you'll get the VIP pass in the venue), of course you can see the soundcheck and you get the personal picture.

Hey! If anyone has taken a Platinum VIP in the past could u tell me what the backstage tour is and what the ...and more is? It is quite expensive, and Ive taken a tour of the venue and backstage before so i would like to know if it is really worth it to go for platinum over gold. Thanks! :)
