    so i'm right we need a password for login page. last time i was trying to get tickets i didn't know what's the password so i gave up

    I am a member, but why is is that when i try to buy Las Vegas Tickets, it takes me back to the login page. This is very frustrating.

    I don't know how they do it now but they used to have a password. You guys should maybe change venues since they are giving you problems. I don't know.......

    @ivana you shouldn't need a password for the fanclub presale the link just appears and you click on it and search for tickets etc

    When you guys sorth everything out can you post everything we need to access presale. Make it easy to find so that I/we don't have to search for it. Last time I needed a password and I wasn't able to find it so I just got the tickets from ticketmaster.

    I'm a little ticked. I couldn't get tickets through the Toronto or Montreal presale and now this happens for Ohio. Not cool!
