This is Not Fair. I have been trying all day long.. It gives me good seats then i click next and it show''s nothing in the chart.. * this is for the halifax show * .. And then once i finally get through to it ;( .. it says ... we have confrimed your billling address and i hit submit but then nothing else comes up does that mean we got it or no?
what its down again ??

Are all the presale tickets finished already? I've been trying to get them for hours, and the site keeps on crashing on me. What's going on? Have I missed this opportunity?
I've been trying to get tickets for the past 2 hours and aside from being very slow, the website is not giving me an option to buy tickets for the St. John's location anymore. It says there's only 44 sold...that can't be all that was available! If anyone knows what's going on please message me!
Yeah my friend totally had front row and had entered her info for the tickets, it went thru, but then it said, sorry your tickets have been lost.
I had the same problem... Ive been on here for 4 hours! My poor daughter thought we had front row tickets and then it took too long for me to pay beacuse it was so slow and we lost them! I just hope the next time we can get on and get good seats... I've been a fan for the entire 17 years and this is the first time my daughter will be coming with me and I want it to be amazing for her! LOVE FROM CANADA!
ok seriously....
i think by now everyone that i work with thinks im insane. i tried for almost 3 hours now...had MULTIPLE times where i got to click checkout..and then it would tell me it timed out..bc i didnt click checkout fast enuff...even though i clicked it instantaneously.
this is blasphemy.

i just want my tickets.
