    You buy them on the fanclub,go to tour section the day of your Vip goes on sale and click the little button Vip and it will take you to the vip levels you want to buy and than you choose which one you want Good Luck everyone.

    Yes, your VISA debit card will work. I've paid for a few things here with mine in the past. You can also paid though PayPal.
