    Can we know if these are the only dates available? I'm hoping for Texas, but if you're not coming this way, then I'm not sure what location I can get to. Are there going to be more USA locations? Anyone know?

    i saw on ticketmaster that the presale for atlantic city is going to be on 4/7 starting at 10am, but no word if it is for the fan club or not, and the price range is $23-$33

    We don't know the prices yet for most of the shows...based on other shows, I'd imagine tickets will range from $50-100....depending on how close the seats are, and what the venue is. You might not know exactly until they go on sale.
