To me, I think it was the time when AJ went on Oprah show and all the Boys showed up. It was like the first time they all got together in public after the hiatus. They were not there to perform or promote, but to support AJ. That was a very touching moment, and it lead to the return with the Never Gone album and so on. Above all the amazing accomplishments the Boys has achieved, I think their brotherhood is the key to make them who they are today. That makes them stand out from other bands. And I believe it was an important moment in the BSB history.

Definitely has to be when Kevin came back , made my heart so happy . I was really depressed when he left thinking BSB would never be the same . They got me through a lot in life and when he left it broke my heart , but I had always had hopes that he would come back and when he did , my heart was complete again .

For me it has to be the documentary the boys made. It showed who they really are and the struggles they have been through.
Watching Brian go through the struggles with his voice was completely heart breaking and yet he still soldiered on and shows that if you put your heart and soul into it anything is possible. This Aussie Girl is proud to be a BSB fan and nothing will change that.

I would have to say their 20th anniversary. I was there in Hollywood, attended the fan event, and was able to see the joy they experienced being solidified as part of history on the Walk of Fame. After 20 years, many of which were under the radar, they were recognized as THE BOYBAND above ALL others that made it. I was so excited I had to clean it as much as I could once I saw it. And now this coming year, they show everyone that they are still the best and baddest around and their fans will rock their bodies right with the boys until they literally cannot move anymore!

The most significant moment in BSB history?? This one’s pretty easy. Black and Blue Around the World in 100 hours in 2000. Specifically Rio de Janeiro. HOLY SMOKES, guys. SWARMS. Swarms of girls around their bus. Swarms, choking the streets during the outdoor performance. The hysteria, the crying, the screaming, the lack of regard for order… the anxiety in the Boys’ voices, the slight fear on their faces… You own the VHS gals, you’ve SEEN Backstreet pandemonium at its very peak. That, my friends, is some seriously significant stuff.

It has to be when Kevin came back because the way he surprised some of the fans

I think that the most significant moment in the Boys' history is when Kevin returned. I know that a lot of people will say that, but this is my reasoning: Usually when members leave a band, it is because they are no longer interested in being in that band anymore, and that's the difference with Kevin. Him returning proved just that. He kept his promise to the fans (and proved everyone else wrong!), by coming back to the Boys when him and his family were ready. The Boys are better than ever now, with a residency in my hometown (Vegas!), working on another album, planning another tour & so much more. I feel like this is such a great time for them, and I think that if Kevin did not return when he did, things would not be the way that they are now. I have always loved the Boys, with or without Kevin. But him returning when he did was the perfect moment, to get them where they are now. :)

I think the most significant moment in Backstreet Boys’ history is when Kevin left the band. This may sound crazy, but hear me out. Spoiler alert: he’s back with the boys. I think this is the most significant moment in history because it shows that artists and celebrities aren’t robots. They cannot just keep going and going to satisfy the fans. They are human beings - Kevin is a human being. Him leaving the band could have meant the end for the group - but it didn’t. They kept going. I’m sure it was tough, but it’s a passion Nick, Brian, AJ and Howie cannot deny. They love their fans. They love making music. They love to do what makes them happy. They persevered, which is another lesson we can all learn from: do NOT give up on your dreams! Keep going. It may get tough; you may come across some obstacles you don’t think you can overcome.... but you can! And here we come, 6 years down the road, and Kevin COMES BACK! Nothing compares to the power of friendship and brotherhood. I’m not saying BSB was incomplete without Kevin, but the pieces just fit better with him. Now the Boys are back and continuing to do amazing things. I remember meeting them on a meet and greet years back. I said to Kevin, ‘Welcome back,’ and it was such a joyous moment to say those words.

there so many significant moment for the backstreet boys. they deserve everything they got with the hard work.
I think for me the most significant is when they have their vegas residency , i said that because i was never able to go to their concert cause my parents was sick and their vegas show my first backstreet boys concert ever. I always wanted to go but never could. But there are many moments for the backstreet boys 20 years anniversery and getting hollywood walk of Fame. For me its the vegas show cause it was my first concert and that was the moment i felt happy and not feeling sad and stress
