We're looking to highlight a very special soldier each month as 'Soldier of the Month.' All you have to do is answer the following question in the text box below (less than 100 please!).

I would throw Howie a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory themed birthday party. The location would be on a beach resort, where everyone would have the option of taking a dip in the ocean or possibly the pool. It would consist of a candy bar where you can build your own candy homes, plates, or loaded ice cream. There would be great music and of course all of his favorite people would be invited. Hoping to be a favorite person invited, as my birthday is right after Howie's!!

If I could throw Howie a surprise birthday party, I would do the following. First I would invite all his family and friends. I'd also invite the other guys, duh. LOL!!! Some fans would also be invited.

The party would start with a leisurely breakfast by the pool. No rushing around and everyone having a good time chilling. Next we would spend the afternoon at the beach. Howie would mingle and play in the waves. He would enjoy fun times with all his guests playing volleyball, building sandcastles and catching some rays. In the evening we would eat dinner at Howie's favorite restaurant. Then enjoy a huge birthday cake. Afterwards Howie and his guests will dance the night away at a club.

I would ask the guys to tell him they have a show in PuertoRico that day. Then, they took him to the beach and I would put a big bag with a lot of purple ballons over the door. That way, when he would open the door all the balloons fall down on him.... and a big poster saying: you're like the good wine, as you're older more quality... In that moment, Jon Secada will start singing live who is his favourite singer.All Dorough's family would be there too. After having lunch, I would make sure that everyone would go to the beach to play some funny games and to have a bath in the sea..

I guess Howie personality is so close to Kev´s (wich is my favorite) so I dont think it have to be something big. I would organize just a nice Beach Party with his whole family and all of his friends and BSB Brothers. With steaks and beer and a big campfire. And would maybe ask Nick being the DJ.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting Howie, but he seems like a family snd friend kind of guy. I think I nice day with his whole family and all of his friends especially his BSB brothers a day away from all outside distactions. Like a private island, high luxury of course.

If I could throw Howie a surprise party I would pretend like their wasn’t a party planned to throw him off the trail and have his family and the boys be in on it. That would make the surprise so much more surprising. I would say something to him like oh geez I forgot about something I had to do and then tell him can you help me? When we got to where I was going I would make sure his family and the boys were there to yell surprise. A surprise party must always be a surprise!

If I could throw Howie a surprise party, I would rent a big house on the beach in Florida. I would hire Nick, Kevin, AJ and Brian to be shirtless bartenders, walking around providing everyone with lots of shots (Because lets face it, Backstreet Boys and Vodka is life) . There would also be a bounce house and fun games with a live band playing all of Howie's favorite hits. Then there would be a life size cake, and out like Marilyn Monroe, comes Britney Spears...Cause it's Britney B*tch! Then everyone will enjoy food catered by Steak N Shake and dance the night away.

I'd have a meeting with his close family and friends and brainstorm on the things he liked the most. Then I would organize everything according to their choices and make sure Howie knows how all the people who loves him the most contributed to the event!!!
